In Module Four, we are focusing on "Building Your Knowledge on SAP Enterprise Support." SAP Enterprise Support offers you valuable education, services, tools, and services to help you with your SAP landscape. As an SAP Enterprise Support customer, you have access to the SAP Enterprise Support Academy and the SAP Enterprise Support Value Maps, both included in your maintenance.

ASUG and SAP Support Bootcamp Series

SAP Support is a topic that is top of mind for ASUG members. At ASUG, we continue to focus on helping our SAP customers drive more value from their SAP Support investments today and in the future.

As part of this ongoing commitment, we are thrilled to bring you the ASUG and SAP Support Boot Camp series. This series is focused on providing you with insight into the various areas of SAP Support that you can and should be taking advantage of.

Each module focuses on a specific topic and has multiple episodes that give you guidance, direction, and resources to help you be successful with that area of SAP Support.

In the five modules, we will be focusing on the following topics:

In this module, we will show you how the SAP Enterprise Support value maps can save you time, money, and effort by identifying the right support services and tools immediately. This will increase efficiency and accelerate your IT operations. We will also explain how the SAP Enterprise Support Academy has joined forces with SAP Learning Hub to provide a complete and consistent cloud-based enablement experience for all learners. The result is the SAP Enterprise Support edition of SAP Learning Hub, dedicated to support-related topics.

Episode 1: Join in on the Value Map Revolution – SAP S/4HANA Cloud

With the SAP Enterprise Support value maps, customers can save time, money, and effort by identifying the right support services and tools immediately. This will increase efficiency and accelerate your IT operations. In this session, we’ll show you the ins and outs of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Value Map and provide you with the knowledge and know-how to reap the benefits of joining.

Episode 2: Join in on the Value Map Revolution – Security

With the SAP Enterprise Support value maps, customers can save time, money, and effort by identifying the right support services and tools immediately. This will increase efficiency and accelerate your IT operations. In this session, we’ll show you the ins and outs of the various SAP Security related topics in the Value Maps, and provide you with the knowledge and know how to reap the benefits of joining.

Episode 3: Join in on the Value Map Revolution – SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA

With the SAP Enterprise Support value maps, customers can save time, money, and effort by identifying the right support services and tools immediately. This will increase efficiency and accelerate your IT operations. In this session, we’ll show you the ins and outs of the SAP S/4HANA and HANA Value Map, and provide you with the knowledge and know how to reap the benefits of joining.

With the SAP Enterprise Support value maps, customers can save time, money, and effort by identifying the right support services and tools immediately. This will increase efficiency and accelerate your IT operations. In this session, we’ll show you the ins and outs of the SAP Cloud Platform Value Map, and provide you with the knowledge and know how to reap the benefits of joining.

Episode 5: Experience the SAP Learning Hub, edition for SAP Enterprise Support

Welcome to the next-generation learning management infrastructure of the SAP Enterprise Support Academy enablement program! We have joined forces with SAP Learning Hub to provide a complete and consistent cloud-based enablement experience for all learners.
