In Module Two, we are focusing on "Innovating for the Future with SAP Support." Through your SAP support investment, you have access to a wide variety of tools and reports that will help you simplify your search for new functionality for your current landscape, identify areas of improvement of business processes and IT optimization, and understand how SAP S/4HANA can provide you simplified business scenarios. These tools and reports are yours as an SAP maintenance customer. 

ASUG and SAP Support Bootcamp Series

 SAP Support is a topic that is top of mind for ASUG members. At ASUG, we continue to focus on helping our SAP customers drive more value from their SAP Support investments today and in the future.

As part of this ongoing commitment, we are thrilled to bring you the ASUG and SAP Support Boot Camp series. This series is focused on providing you with insight into the various areas of SAP Support that you can and should be taking advantage of.

Each module focuses on a specific topic and has multiple episodes that give you guidance, direction, and resources to help you be successful with that area of SAP Support.

In the five modules, we will be focusing on the following topics:

In this module, there are five episodes. Through these episodes, we will show you how to use the SAP Innovation Discovery tool to find innovations specific to your system usage, access the Business Scenarios Recommendations Report for SAP S/4HANA to help you identify simplified business scenarios for your enterprise, discover which SAP Fiori apps are relevant for you; benchmark against others in your industry to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations; and become an early adopter of support innovations.

Episode 1: Discover the Latest Innovations with the Innovation Discovery Tool

To simplify your search for new functions, SAP offers a new self-service providing customers with innovations tailored to their business as well as comprehensive business and technical information. Learn how to use the Innovation Discovery Tool for your business needs.

Episode 2: Start Your Path to SAP S/4HANA with Business Scenario Recommendations for SAP S/4HANA

Get recommendations on how SAP S/4HANA can help you become a digital enterprise. SAP S/HANA is the next-generation business suite designed to help you run simple in the digital economy. The business scenario recommendation report will use you current SAP usage information to help you identify the most valuable digitized business scenarios for your enterprise.

Episode 3: Five Minutes to Find Which SAP Fiori Apps Fit Your Company

Discover which SAP Fiori apps fit to the transaction usage of your company. It takes you just five minutes to share your company information and you will receive your personalized SAP Fiori apps recommendations report within five business days.

Episode 4: Influence through the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council

The SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council is an open program for all SAP Enterprise Support and SAP Preferred Care customers and is focused on the development and improvement of the SAP support offerings for making them 100 percent aligned with the needs of our customers. The SAP Enterprise Support opportunity report is a custom tailored report with peer benchmark comparisons to provide a 360-degree view on your SAP business applications and identify improvement opportunities, as well as actionable recommendations.
